If you have questions about internships or employment opportunities:

"We connect talent with Dayton employers"

What we do

DWP brings together Dayton companies, philanthropies, colleges/universities, and talent to create opportunities

Businesses are in an epic battle to attract talent from a tight labor pool.  Companies need new talent to support their growth. Colleges need employers to present workforce opportunities to their students. And, Dayton and the Miami Valley need all these entities to secure a flourishing future for residents in the community.  DWP brings everyone together.

We connect talent with greater Dayton employers

Our Talent Network includes college students – and graduates skilled in over 30 majors in areas of STEM, Healthcare, Business and Manufacturing. They have all been educated in one of our eleven 2 and 4-year partnering colleges/universities in the Dayton region.

DWP connects the business community with talent in our workforce network – guiding students into job shadowing, internships and employment opportunities.

DWP marketing helps build brand awareness for businesses

DWP research validates that most businesses lacks name and brand recognition with students.  That complicates recruiting.

Our Marketing Program benefit businesses by producing messaging for our partners year-around to thousands of greater Dayton college and high school students which greatly improves name and brand awareness.
