DWP History

Doris and Ron Adler organized Dayton Workforce Partnerships to support the workforce challenges that Dayton businesses faced.   DWP is designed to bring together high growth Dayton companies, philanthropies, colleges and universities along with local talent - to create opportunities.

DWP is an organization built through partnerships consisting of high growth businesses who are leaders in areas of technology, healthcare, business and manufacturing.  We also partner with eleven greater Dayton 2 and 4-yr. colleges along with a large group of area high schools.  All working together to connect talent with greater Dayton employers.

College and high school students benefit from our scholarships - which are
all aligned with the workforce needs of DWP business partners.

DWP allows businesses to ‘plug into’ its
Talent Network to fill their employment needs.
