Our History

In 2011, Doris and Ron Adler founded the Forum for Educational Options.  The initial mission was to provide scholarships to Ohio college-bound high school graduates.

Seeing a need to support Dayton’s high-growth technology businesses, in 2015 the Adler’s established the Dayton STEM-Workforce Program to help build ‘Dayton’s pipeline of technology students’.

Three levels of scholarships – all technology focused allowing scholarships for college students attending either Wright State University or Sinclair Community College, and Clark State Community College.
